Great quality locs, worth the price!

First of all let's talk about the packaging: from the gift box style packaging, to the satin draw bag containing the locs; everything screams quality. Inside you also get your HC crochet needle, a small phial of Argan oil, and a smaller satin draw bag with hair jewels. The care and attention to detail is wonderful and as a self-installer, filled me giddy with excitement.

Now onto the locs themselves: the quality is phenomenal. You know all those trips to the hair shops you've taken looking for realistic crochet locs but never finding them, because everything they have is all plastic looking and shiny?? Well THESE are not those locs! The quality, thickness and low-sheen look of them is exactly what i've been looking for.

Now onto the install: I'm a self-installer and they were simple enough to install, especially on the parts of my head where I did a simple cornrow pattern. However i found the locs tricker to install on the individuals i had in the front of my head. HC only provides written install instructions online of their recommended install and i feel this lets it down and that's the only reason i gave it a 4/5 rather than 5, and if I could give a rating on 4.5 i would! Please provide a video install!

Aside from that the hair is beautiful and lightweight, no tangling whatsover! As of writing this review I put them in, wore them for three weeks and then took them out again. All of my locs are reusable (I used 80 i think....i have a big head! lol) and I intend to put them back in again at the end of Jan.
This is my first order with HC and it won't be my last ! P.S. nudge nudge i would love to see the classics in 22' or 24 inches as well! :-)
