Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Upon the date you received your purchase, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened from the shipping package, with the original shipping label, and in its original packaging.

Due to the  COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided that in order to keep our valued customers safe by limiting microbes transmission. As a result, we will only accept returns based on the conditions above. 

To start a return, you can contact us at humphreyscollection@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and we’ll post you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your returned item meets the above-mentioned policy, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. In addition, an email confirmation will be issued to you informing you that your refund is on its way. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

When you receive your purchase, please inspect your order upon reception. If there’s any defects, contact us immediately. If you receive the wrong item please contact us so that we can evaluate and assist. 

We can arrange and issue replacements in instances where damaged hair purchases are received by our customers instead of refunds if our customer opts for this option. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
